
The Terrace is an up market luxurious guesthouse in a class
of its own. Beautiful views of the Atlantic and the Twelve Apostles
from every room, access to terraces or patios from all bedrooms,
use of the solar heated infinity pool and the Swedish sauna
and bar make it a truly memorable experience all year round.
The owners' Africana collection adds a unique touch and special
interest to the décor. Access and secure off-road parking
is on 58 Camps Bay Drive.
The Lodge is a recently renovated 100-year old house with
a warm colonial atmosphere and is located directly below the
Terrace. The emphasis is on good quality and simplicity. A
fascinating collection of scientific instruments and other
memorabilia is on display in the beautiful guest lounge. African
art and artefacts are used exclusively for décor.

Directions
to Penthouse and Suite Apartments (58 Camps Bay Drive):
- via Sea Front: Follow the signs to the City and when you come
to the end of the highway follow the signs to Sea Point which
takes you along the coast road through Bantry Bay and Clifton
into Camps Bay. At the end of Camps Bay beach is a traffic light
where you turn left, this is Camps Bay Drive. The road goes
uphill and after about 500m you will see our big number 58 on
the right hand side.
- via Kloof Nek: Follow the signs to the City and when you come
to the end of the highway follow the signs to Camps Bay (M62)
which takes you up towards Table Mountain, over the saddle onto
Camps Bay Drive and then gives you beautiful views over Camps
Bay. Continue down until you come to a stop sign. Go straight
across, and after about 200m you will find us on the left hand
side. The house is white and we have a brick drive way.
Directions to Lodge Apartment and
Palm Suite (107 Victoria Road):
- via Sea Front: Follow the signs to the City and when you come
to the end of the highway follow the signs to Sea Point which
takes you along the coast road through Bantry Bay and Clifton
into Camps Bay. At the end of Camps Bay beach is a traffic light,
carry on straight following the coastal road, and after about
500m you will see our sign on the left hand side. The physical
address is 107 Victoria Road.
- via Kloof Nek: Follow the signs to the City and when you come
to the end of the highway follow the signs to Camps Bay (M62)
which takes you up towards Table Mountain, over the saddle onto
Camps Bay Drive and then gives you beautiful views over Camps
Bay. Continue down until you come to a stop sign. Go straight
across and continue downhill until you come to a traffic light.
Turn left into the coastal road, which is Victoria Road. After
about 500m you will see our sign on the left hand side.

The Penthouse
Apartment
The five star Penthouse apartment is our premier accommodation
with spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles and the
Atlantic Ocean. At night the crescent of lights around
the bay creates a delightful and sophisticated ambience.
The apartment is very spacious and has two bedrooms with
en-suite bathrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen. All
living rooms open onto a large terrace and are decorated
with African artefacts from Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique
and South Africa. The apartment is at street level with
its own entrance and ample off street parking.
The luxurious lounge is in modern style with contemporary
furniture and fittings. Plate glass sliding doors open
onto a generous terrace overlooking the ocean. A wood
fireplace supplements under floor heating to add comfort
and romance even in the coldest of winter storms. However
you will more likely be lounging on the terrace with a
glass of wine in hand and the sound of surf in your ears.Relax
in front of the TV and music centre provided for your
entertainment. The infinity pool and sauna are accessible
via the terrace.
The two bedrooms open via sliding doors onto the terrace
and have wonderful views of mountain and sea. Each is
tastefully decorated, and has a modern en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is conveniently located to service the dining
room and bedrooms.It is fully equipped with quality appliances
as well as cutlery and crockery, enabling convenient self-catering
and laundry. Wine, beer and soft drinks are available
from our cellar. The apartment is fully serviced every
day except Christmas Day, and a laundry service is available.
The Suite Apartment
The Suite apartment is a comfortable self-contained unit
with lovely views of Bakoven Bay, the Twelve Apostles
and the Atlantic Ocean. It is ideal for couples, or a
young family with a baby who value their independence
and privacy. The apartment has a bedroom with an en-suite
bathroom, an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The lounge faces onto a patio with garden furniture and
barbecue. A private sundeck with loungers and umbrella
has direct access to the pool. A separate entrance provides
access from off-street parking on Camps Bay Drive.
The lounge is furnished with settee and sleeper couch,
and plate glass sliding doors open onto the patios. The
open-plan layout of the dining, lounge and kitchen area,
is well suited to casual entertaining. Under floor heating
ensures extra comfort in winter. Relax and enjoy the TV
and music centre provided for your entertainment.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished in modern style,
with an en-suite bathroom. Built in cupboards and a wall
safe are provided for convenience and security. Under
floor heating and an electric blanket ensure your comfort
through the winter months. A high quality baby cot is
available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances
making self-catering and laundry convenient and easy.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are available on request from
our cellars. The apartment is fully serviced every day

The Lodge Apartment
The three-bedroom Lodge Apartment evokes days gone by
with its colonial ambience and comfort and has spectacular
views of the Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean. Built
over a century ago as a beachfront retreat, the Lodge
has been lovingly restored to its former state - rich
brown mahogany sash windows and shutters, golden Oregon
pine floors, rustic red clay tiles - all adding up to
a delightful place in which to relax and enjoy Cape hospitality.
Furnished with taste and lovingly collected old pieces
the Lodge has its special magic.
The stunning lounge is in colonial style with leather
and rich fabric furniture and fittings. Plate glass sash
windows look down on the exclusive Bakoven beach - a sheltered
haven for Cape Town's most selective sun seekers. The
two comfortable wing chairs with ottoman are the ideal
spot from where to watch the sunsets, and the large leather
sofa is ideal for relaxing. Old-fashioned double doors
open onto a paved deck with swimming pool and barbecue.

entertainment.

The Palm Suite offers charming accommodation for the young
at heart. With two en-suite bedrooms, open plan kitchen,

6 years old. Double doors open from the lounge onto a
paved terrace with wooden patio furniture and access to
the pool and barbecue.Sitting under the umbrella of the
big palm tree sipping a drink as the sun goes down over
the sea is a wonderfully romantic experience. The Camps
Bay bars and restaurants are a few minutes stroll away.
The lounge is furnished comfortably with a settee and
casual chairs, and has some interesting artefacts adding
to its holiday vibe. Relax and enjoy the TV and music
centre provided for your entertainment. Adjoining the
lounge is the open plan kitchenette and dining area.
The two bedrooms have views of Bakoven Bay. Each bedroom
has an en-suite bathroom, and one also offers an additional
single bed. The Palm suite may be let to a single party
of up to five people. A travel cot for babies can be supplied.
