DAY 1
On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport you will be met by The Michelangelo Hotel and transferred to Sandton City where you will be staying at The Michelangelo Hotel for 4 nights on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Your hired car will be delivered to the hotel on your arrival.

DAY 2
Play golf this morning at the prestigious platinum rated Houghton Golf Club.
One of Johannesburg's mature parkland layouts and host to many of the Alfred Dunhill Championships and SA Opens. It is both a challenging and an aesthetically pleasing course: a proclaimed bird sanctuary and thickly treed with bluegums, willows and jacarandas with varieties of flowering shrubs. Not a long course by modern standards (5237 m; par 72), it remains challenging and has the reputation of testing every club in the bag, but remains its quality and charm by rewarding and pleasing its golfers of all skill levels.

DAY 3
Play golf this morning at the platinum rated Pecanwood Golf and Country Club.
Situated on the banks of the Hartebeespoort Dam, some 40 minutes from Sandton, it is one of Jack Nicklaus's signature courses. The course layout has generously wide, "collecting" fairways with large multi-featured greens, several water hazards, severe bunkers and slick, demanding putting surfaces. 6995m in length and par 72, precise positional play and lines of attack are required if pars and birdies are to be had.

DAY 4
Play golf this morning at the platinum rated Glendower Golf Club.
This parkland course originally dates back to 1936, meaning that the defining charcteristics - trees, shrubs, watercourses - are long established, but much hard work has been inputted to improve and modernize this course. This immaculate course has kikuyu fairways and bent grass greens. It is a course for the good ball-striker: it plays long from its championship tees and several holes require either tee shots or approach shots over water. Length: 6411m; par 72.

DAY 5
Check out of The Michelangelo Hotel and transfer yourselves to the Sun City Resort complex in the North-West province. Here you will be staying at either The Cascades or Sun City Hotel for 3 nights on a B&B basis. Situated 180 km north-west of Johannesburg.

DAY 6
Play golf today at The Lost City Country Club.
Length: 6983 m; par 72. Also designed by Gary Player with a theme that is of an African Adventure in the Indiana Jones style. It abounds with surprises - one being a short hole (not telling which one) which is played over a crocodile infested pit to a green shaped like the continent of Africa! The course is aesthetically pleasing and can distract one from the excellence of the layout which balances birdie opportunities with the sternest of examination papers. With many water hazards these plush playing corridors seem oasis-like as they thread their way through the arid African bushveld.

DAY 7
Play golf today at the platinum rated The Gary Player Country Club.
Length: 7033m; Par 72. Gary Player designed this superb modern resort course which was constructed some 20 years ago, and whose fame has been spread worldwide by the Nedbank Golf Challenge played annually in December. The course is immaculately presented with wide kikuyu fairways and bent grass greens contrasting with the more barren thorn-scrub and aloe-covered hillsides through which the big layout meanders. Putting surfaces are firm, fast and perfect emphasized by dramatic bunkering which allows for a variety of elusive pin positions. Water comes into play on 5 holes. Most famously the par-five 9th is an island green surrounded by waterfalls and artificial rocks.

DAY 8
Check out of Sun City and transfer to Johannesburg International Airport for your connecting flight home. Please deposit your hired car at the airport depot.
